Sweet matched pair, framed miniature portraits of an aristocratic man and woman- The woman’s frame has something illegibly written in French. Both have wood frames and gold ring around the image. Might be painted on porcelain but sealed in the back. The young man’s frame does have some wear – see photos. The young man’s portrait looks to be signed on where a breast pocket would be….. Both portraits are under glass. The frames measure 4.5″ x 4″ x 5/8. The portraits are 2.25″ x 2″. Sweet faces and well done artistry!
